It is a great opportunity to join our team working for one of the biggest banks in the world! This position is within Payments Operations Department responsible for delivering high quality service to our corporate clients. We are doing this by offering accurate and timely management of payments flow through our internal banking systems. Payments Operation Team Leader will be responsible for fair work distribution among team members considering their skills and potential, setting annual goals, giving regular constructive feedback and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. The role gives an excellent opportunity to have an influence on the way you perform your tasks, working with multiple internal stakeholders. Your main task: Taking care of team members daily motivation and good atmosphere at work Maintaining a high level of employee engagement throughout training and coaching Supporting career path and development of your employees Effectively managing capacity planning Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met with the pre-defined objectives and defining tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned business partners Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures developing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies Setting up and performing periodically team meetings Monitoring volume, workflows and overtime of team, identifying and resolving workflow issues Cooperating closely with other Team Leaders as well as Management Team
Our requirements: Experience in people management will be an asset Effective communication in both written and spoken English Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office is nice to have Independence in problem solving Confident, driven and result-oriented Good organizational skills with ability of setting priorities according to deadlines Risk awareness
