Oпис роботи

•welcoming and supporting employees and visitors in all office related matters; •incoming guests identification; •providing pro-active advice and improvement ideas regarding office and facility to Site Operations Manager; •dealing with internal & external documentation, incoming and outgoing post; •organising internal meetings, preparing meeting rooms and all needed equipment; •cooperation with shipping companies; •cooperation with the administration of the building & catering companies; •managing stocks of stationery and other materials throughout the office, managing office supplies process; •parking spots administration; •office storage administration; •answering calls and e-mails; •entrance cards distribution.


We are looking for a person who… •has +2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar area; •has a working knowledge of office administration; •communicates in English on B2 level; •has Bachelor degree; •knows how to use Office 365 in practice; •presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills; •is well organized and customer oriented; •is focused on implementation the best solutions and driving for results; •enjoys working with people; •is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself; •quickly moves ideas to action.
