Oпис роботи

· To provide Programme Office Management (PMO) support to IAG GBS project managers and IAG GBS Procurement projects, programmes and Portfolios · Support Group Head of Joint Procurement and Corporate Services in running Programme Office activities of projects, programmes and portfolios · Prepare supporting materials for the project and governance meetings and take minutes · Maintain project plans by updating tasks and milestones as required · Track actions, decisions, issues, risks, assumptions, costs and other dependencies · Collect inputs from Project Managers and other stakeholders · Manage the change control process · Maintain key project documentation and produce delivery and performance metrics · Work with key stakeholders in IAG GBS and IAG Operating Companies as well as external suppliers or business advisers · Drive continuous improvement across projects and processes to streamline and standardise PMO approach


· Understanding the project lifecycle · Having the knowledge of project management tools and best practice, preferably a PMO or PM qualification · Have a university degree · Having excellent written and verbal communications skills · Speaking fluent written and spoken English · Being proficient in MS Office and SharePoint · Have very good organizational and time-management skills · Having the ability to work with limited level of instruction and supervision · Possess great attention to detail with good analytical and documentation skills · Being persistent and focused on quality outputs and deliverables · Being friendly and persistent in getting timely information with the ability to apply some judgement · Having working experience in an international business services environment · Previous experience in working as a PMO support would be an asset · Knowledge of Procurement functions is desirable · Fluent written and spoken Spanish would be an asset
