As RtR Process Lead you will be responsible for managing User Charges process and challenge it constructively. The purpose is to develop expertise in the area of responsibility and lead the process simplifications and improvements as well as the risk identification in business processes and systems. You will make an impact in this role by… · Being responsible of AirTrack process management along with month end · Preparing of manual accruals and Balance Sheet reconciliations · Supporting on verification of Airport Authority incentives with base information · Working in conjunction with the RtR and PtP to ensure pending items are cleared in a timely manner · Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures. · Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in policy manuals and in accordance with local statutory requirements.


· A Degree in Finance and Accounting or related field · Business and financial acumen · At least 2 years post qualification finance experience · Experience conducting global processes in a fast-paced, complex global organisation · Experience working on a large project with accountability of delivering results that support the overall project objectives · High level of analytical skills and financially astute · Adaptable and reliable with a strong "can do" attitude · Strong customer focus, committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement · Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · SAP practical experience (ERP)
