thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Procurement (PRO). We are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea. Your responsibilities: - Resolution of mid-complex and complex HR-related queries to HR from clients - System’s incident maintenance including analysis - Preparing necessary documentation and reports - HR portlet data entering to the HR system - Creation and maintenance of internal process documentation - Providing trainings to the client along with the required documentation - Data base management and report creation - Active knowledge transfer - Support on translations


Our requirements: - Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central - Fluency in ticketing tools - University degree or final year of bachelor’s / master’s studies - Fluent Spanish and English - Practical knowledge of MS Office and Outlook - Min. 3 years of experience in process documentation, communication and customer service - Highly developed interpersonal skills along with ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative - Engagement in assigned tasks and highly developed sense of ownership - Ability to work under the pressure of time - Willingness to continuous learning
